Each Ski Association shall send its entry in an enclosed entry form (enclosure 1) to the Organizing Committee.

Closing time for entries

Deadline for entry is 14th January 2008. For entries arriving later than deadline, the Organizing Committee can not guarantee smooth accommodation arrangements. 

Restrictions

FIS rules will apply. The number of participants must comply with FIS Cup rules and applications.


Liability

Each competitor has to be insured by his own association. The OC has coverage for its own third part liability only.

Accommodation 

The deadline for the hotel reservations at the hotel Savonia (Sammakkolammentie 2) is 14th January 2008.  The booking will be done only via the OC. The form for the accommodation is enclosed (enclosure 2).
